SUMMARY:National D-Day Memorial Drive
DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, June 22nd\, the Shenandoah Region will host a driving tour to Bedford\, VA\, and the National D-Day Memorial. The drive will start at the parking lot across the street from Belties at a medical office located at 2871 Rockfish Valley Highway\, Nellysford\, VA 22958. \nWe will meet in the parking lot at 8:15 AM. Our drivers meeting will be at 8:45 AM. The first groups will depart at 9:00 AM. After approximately 2 hours of driving along the area’s beautiful scenic backroads and stopping for a break along the way\, the tour groups will arrive at the National D-Day Memorial at 11:00 AM for a private tour. \n  \nThe memorial is located at 3 Overlord Circle\, Bedford\, VA 24523. \nThe web link to the National D-Day Memorial is  This Link \nAfter the tour we will gather for lunch at 1:00 PM at the Bella Italia Restaurant located at 401 E. Main Street\, Bedford. \nThe non-refundable fee is $20 which includes an admission ticket to the memorial but does not include lunch. \nThe link for registration is  Bedford Registration Link \nRegistration closes on Friday\, June 13th. \nQuestions?
