SUMMARY:Membership Meeting / Rolex 24 Hour Race Viewing
DESCRIPTION:Please come help plan and support the Shenandoah Region’s event planning and execution for calendar year 2025.  On Saturday\, January 25th\, we’ll meet at the Lake Monticello Country Club to discuss our 2024 year accomplishments\, introduce our new board members\, scheduled 2025 events\, and discuss adding more events on open 2025 calendar dates.  We have a good draft plan but we need your ideas and support to fill out and finalize our activities.  As always\, we need motivated club members to help turn plans into reality\, ensuring we have fun and successful events. SUMMARY:Autocross at Eagle's Nest Airport
DESCRIPTION:We have a new autocross location for 2026 — the Eagle’s Nest Airport in Waynesboro. It’s a beautiful airport with a 2\,000-foot runway and crossover taxiways. We have use of the airport all day and hope to have food trucks as well. Should be a great event. \nShenandoah Region PCA Event Operating Procedures \n\nRegistration\n\nAll registration\, payment\, and check in will be done electronically on MotorsportReg.com. Online pre-registration will be open until 7:00pm the day before the event. Eagle’s Nest Auto Cross registration link\nThere will be no on-site registration.\nOnce you are parked in the pit area please come to the timing trailer to pick up your staging bar code sticker with your car number.\nWaivers will be signed using Speedwaiver Use this link Speedwaiver to sign the waiver for drivers and spectators before the autocross. You must have a smart phone to complete this process. This must be completed before the drivers meeting on the day of the event.\nThe Speedwaiver link will also be sent at the completion of registration.\nPlease understand that the steps above are the only way to register and participate in this event. If you show up and are unable or unwilling to register this way\, you will not be able to participate.\n\n\nLoaner helmets\n\nLoaner helmets will not be available. This does not exempt you from the requirement to wear an approved helmet when you compete.\n\n\nDriver’s meeting\n\nThe driver’s meeting will be at 10:30 at the timing trailer.\nThe run work order will be posted at the event.\n\n\nTech Inspection\n\nEntrants are required to fill out the self-tech certification in the online registration form\n\n\nCourse walking\n\nEntrants can walk the course once they have checked in at the timing trailer.\nThere will not be a guided course walk.\n\n\nWater\n\nParticipants are encouraged to bring their own drinks for proper hydration during the event.\n\n\n\nSchedule: \nRegistration check in starting at 9:00 AM \nDriver’s meeting (mandatory): 10:30 AM \nFirst car off: 11:00 AM \nCost \nCurrent PCA Member: $45.00 \nOthers: $55.00 \n(Photo by Darn Photography)
