DESCRIPTION:NOTE: This is a non-PCA event. Charlottesville Cars and Coffee meets from 8 am to 10 am on the first and third Saturdays of every month all year at the Barracks Road Shopping Center. Bad weather does not cancel – use your brain. Normally 80 to 100 cars\, everything from Ford to Ferrari. Good mix of younger and older enthusiasts coming together to see some great cars and enjoy even better conversation. Usual rules apply; no burnouts or hard pulls\, no revving engines\, no trash! SUMMARY:Shenandoah Region Annual Holiday Party
DESCRIPTION:This year the Shenandoah Region is hold its annual Holiday Party at the beautiful Farmington Country Club located just west of Charlottesville. We are grateful to Wade Hampton of Hampton & Everett\, CPAs\, for his welcoming our club to his Country Club. This is a heavily subsidized event\, so it is only open to Shenandoah Region members and their guests. Our board wanted to close out the year in a truly magical place\, and we hope that you can join us. \nThe evening’s program: \n6:00-7:00  Holiday Cheer & Drinks \n7:00          Guests to be seated with staff directing the tables to the buffet \n8:30          Holiday Message from our President \n9:00-10:00 Coffee\, dessert and more merry making \nDress Code: Cocktail Attire \nWe cannot accept walk-ins due to a final headcount required 5 Business Days before the event. We have a maximum capacity of 110 guests and this event will fill very quickly. \nPlease register at: REGISTRATION LINK HERE \nThe cost is $100 per person with coffee\, tea and water being served. Drink tickets will be available for purchase using cash/credit cards during the first hour which will allow guests to order wine\, soft drinks\, beer and cocktails from the bar. Using cash in lieu of credit cards will speed up the process of purchasing drink tickets.
