Membership Meeting / Rolex 24 Hour Race Viewing

Please come help plan and support the Shenandoah Region’s event planning and execution for calendar year 2025.  On Saturday, January 25th, we’ll meet at the Lake Monticello Country Club to discuss our 2024 year accomplishments, introduce our new board members, scheduled 2025 events, and discuss adding more events on open 2025 calendar dates.  We have a good draft plan but we need your ideas and support to fill out and finalize our activities.  As always, we need motivated club members to help turn plans into reality, ensuring we have fun and successful events. Various committee chairs will speak and we’ll discuss how you can volunteer and help your club.  We welcome any of your ideas moving forward.  If you cannot make the meeting but would like to be part of an event team, please email Jonathan Perelman at jperelman@verizon.net

After the working session is done at about 2 pm, you can stay and enjoy lunch at the Bunker Bistro and watch the start of the Rolex 24 race from Daytona International Speedway and cheer-on Shenandoah Region Member Cole Scrogham’s JDC-Miller Motorsports team compete in their Porsche 963.
