Need To Know Info

All adult attendees, whether driving or observing, must sign a waiver form to be on the autocross site. Minors must comply with current PCA regulations regarding observing and likewise for any 16- and 17-year-old entrants in the Junior Participation Program. All participants at an autocross event must comply with all rules set forth by the autocross and safety chairs or other PCA officials.All vehicle occupants while on course must provide and wear an approved helmet. Helmets built to Snell Foundation standards or other standards such as FIA 8860, SFI 31.1 and BS6658-85 Type A-FR are approved for use. Approved helmets must be manufactured to the current rating or the two most recent SA, M or K Snell ratings. For example, if the current Snell SA standard is SA2020, helmets meeting SA2020, SA2015 and SA2010 are allowed.The complete set of rules governing autocross competition are contained in the current PCA Parade Competition Rules, but may be adjusted at any event to accommodate attendance or setting.

The car/driver classes will be based on current PCA classing but may be adjusted due to attendance. Classes generally used during Shenandoah PCA autocross events are listed below.
