Thanks to the initiative of Cecile Graziano and Jonathan Perelman, about 20 Shenandoah Region members gathered at noon in the Blu Point Seafood Company in historic downtown Staunton on August 18, 2024, for some fellowship and fine food.  The restaurant has a nice area in front with tables and comfortable seats and couches so members could relax and catch-up with each other adventures since they’d last seen each other.

This event was the western leg of simultaneous East – West social meet-ups across the region held that day.  The eastern event was held at Fine Creek Brewery Company in Powhatan.  After enjoying their time at Blu Point, members could enjoy a 5% discount on a cigar at the Beverly Cigar Store just two blocks down the street.  They could also shop at Heirloom Home Fine Linens, conveniently located on the same block, and receive a 15% discount on their purchases.
