Charlottesville Porsche Meet: Driving Tour to Bold Rock Cidery

On Saturday, April 19th, the Shenandoah Region will host our Charlottesville Porsche Meet driving tour of the Charlottesville/Albemarle County area starting in Crozet and ending at Bold Rock Cidery. We will meet at Claudius Crozet Park, 5300 Park Road, Crozet, VA 22932. Coffee and an assortment of pastries will be provided by Praha Bakery at the park’s gazebo starting at 8:00 AM. Our drivers’ meeting will be held at 8:45 AM followed by drive group departure starting at 9:00. There is a nominal fee of $10 for the driving tour. After approximately 2 hours of driving along the area’s beautiful scenic backroads and stopping for a break along the way, the drive groups will arrive at Bold Rock in Nellysford (1020 Rockfish Valley Highway, Nellysford, VA 22958) beginning at 11:30 AM.

Bold Rock will have a special parking area for our Porsches. Please follow the signs and/or attendants to our designated area. Lunch and beverages (cider, beer and spirits) will be available for purchase. The Cidery has reserved a separate room reserved for lunch for our members. Prizes will be given out for a People Choice Concours with voting concluding at 2:30 PM and winners announced at 3:30.
