Shenandoah Region Annual Holiday Party

This year the Shenandoah Region is hold its annual Holiday Party at the beautiful Farmington Country Club located just west of Charlottesville. We are grateful to Wade Hampton of Hampton & Everett, CPAs, for his welcoming our club to his Country Club. This is a heavily subsidized event, so it is only open to Shenandoah Region members and their guests. Our board wanted to close out the year in a truly magical place, and we hope that you can join us.

The evening’s program:

6:00-7:00  Holiday Cheer & Drinks

7:00          Guests to be seated with staff directing the tables to the buffet

8:30          Holiday Message from our President

9:00-10:00 Coffee, dessert and more merry making

Dress Code: Cocktail Attire

We cannot accept walk-ins due to a final headcount required 5 Business Days before the event. We have a maximum capacity of 110 guests and this event will fill very quickly.

The cost is $100 per person with coffee, tea and water being served. Drink tickets will be available for purchase using cash/credit cards during the first hour which will allow guests to order wine, soft drinks, beer and cocktails from the bar. Using cash in lieu of credit cards will speed up the process of purchasing drink tickets.
