The rain moved across the Shenandoah Region during the morning of Saturday, 17 October, the day we celebrated our region’s 31st Anniversary. But then departed just in time to give us a beautiful, brisk fall day to celebrate. Members gathered at the popular Southwest Mountain Vineyards in Keswick, Virginia, to toast yet another anniversary and share in each other’s company. This venue has been very good to us for the past few years and we thank them for their hospitality. Shenandoah members new and old partook in an excellent buffet lunch as the sun finally came out full-speed while the wind let off the accelerator. Then it was time to admire the cars that members had driven to the event, some very nice examples of Porsche design efforts. A good time was had by all because in PCA, it’s not just the cars… it’s the people!
